Dialog's engineering side is completely filled by Sri Lankan talented engineers. Poor Sri Lankans have taught these engineers. Also they work day and night to keep the services up and running. Dialog does not give a formal training to them either. Dialog gains all from their knowledge. Even Dialog does not provide sponsorships for University events. Eventually when Dialog is making losses due to the stupidity of higher management these engineers are fired with almost nothing.
Hans, you will never thrive like this. Once the telco giant, dialog will soon fall on its knees in front of competitors.
